“Camp North 2004 Caravan kicks off on April 23-29, 2004”, announced Undersecretary Renato V. Diaz, Presidential Assistant for North Luzon. This caravan is part of the Go North Philippines advocacy which was launched by H.E. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo last May 2002. Recently, the Public Relations Society of the Philippines awarded the Anvil Award of Merit for Government-Institutional Program for the Go North program. “We are inviting everyone to join Camp North 2004 – the Original Adventure Caravan”, said Diaz.
